The lovely front patio provides incredible views of the amazing surrounds. There is ample space to exercise pets and yourselves in the shared grounds. Gertie benefits from a private fenced area for children and doggies to run around safely. Ample parking is available.

Please note the driveway is shared with Holmefield House and Holmefield barns. As the bunk beds are built-in, the head height within them is restricted.

If you're arriving from the north (from Whitby, Burniston) the property is on the left in between Burniston and Scalby village. The left turning into the property is next to a bus stop.

The driveway is directly opposite the bus stop.
